    That is one stupendous castle, Andre. Is the public welcome inside? And, follow-up question, if so, have you been?

    Yes, Georgina it's quite popular to visit this 'Burg Hohenzollern' and yes I used to take my guests there, so I've done the tour more than a dozen times and actually I could have taken over from the guides after all these stories. I also used https://www.physicsforums.com/showpost.php?p=2316329&postcount=3327 [Broken].

    One additional bonus observation, the stones (after all this thread is about stones) - the stones of the first castle of the 11th century have been used in the fundaments, while the protestant chapel, which is on about 1/3 from the left (just right of the trees), is rebuild with stones of the second castle, having a clearly different color and style than the rest of the castle.
