Do you know I still have the little knotted grass leaves I made for you for Sizdah Bedar? I did such a good job on that!
Woot! Thanks!:!!)
Actually we still have a long way to go! We must get together more to see if things work the way we want:smile:

Right. But TV easily becomes real life. Hence, it is real life.
Can you elaborate? At face value, neither of those statements are true.

Weddings are stupid iff they are excessive:smile:

If the couple can afford it, then I don't see the problem with an extravagant wedding.

I love going to weddings they are so much fun. My neighbor just had a wedding. He said it cost almost 10 grand just for the open bar.

I don't see anything wrong with a platinum wedding.

both the bride and groom were wearing T-shirts and jeans. When we told our families, they insisted on having a pot-luck reception dinner. I provided the stereo and one of my brothers in law DJ'd all night. The "open bar" was a keg provided by a couple of other brothers in law. It was very simple, and great fun at minimal cost.
That sounds like a lot of fun. Sort of like a back yard bbq with a theme.

It was fun. We borrowed the town hall above the fire-house, so we had access to a kitchen, tables, folding chairs, etc. Everybody brought food, so the cost was spread around pretty good.
