We can prove something if it does exist.
We can also prove something if it doesn't exist right? We should.[?]

To the surprise of many I'm sure, I answered yes to all but the second and third from the end (though I'm not exactly sure what "transdimensional" means).

ET: Yes, but not of the little gray variety that pop round for a little social abducting.

Really no. We could find that these things do exist, but we can never prove that they don't. A negative can never be proven. This is a fundamental truth of logic.

No offense but for someone who constantly posts in this forum I wouldn't take to hear your comments on logic.
Especially since logic can most certainly disprove the existence of something. In fact the methods for disproving existence are a fundamental truth of logic.
So you're sorely mistaken. Where did you receive this "education" in logic?
Wow, ET leads God by one.

To make everything clear to all, I do not believe in any deities, ghosts, angels, demons, devils, goblins, banshees, Hell or Heaven, Purgatory, saints, imps, sprites, fairies, gnomes, bunyips, or bogey men. In that short list I've missed a lot of other things of which I doubt the existence, as I'm sure you can see. Add on Life-After-Death, Sylvia Browne, and perpetual motion. (Yes, I believe Sylvia exists, but not as she represents herself.) Note that I state I do not have a belief in these things, and the reason is that the supporting evidence offered for them — if any — is very, very, bad.

The poll is a bit ambiguous in my opinion. The Thread title starts with "What do you believe is possible," but the poll title is "what do you believe?"
Precognition is the ability to perceive or predict future events before they occur through non-physical means, such as intuition or extrasensory perception (ESP). It is also known as premonition or future sight.
The exact mechanism of precognition is not fully understood, but it is believed to involve the subconscious mind and the ability to tap into information from the collective unconscious. Some theories suggest that precognition may be a result of quantum entanglement or the manipulation of time and space.
There is no scientific evidence to suggest that everyone has the ability to experience precognition. Some people may have a natural inclination towards it, while others may develop it through training and practice. It is also possible for individuals to experience precognitive dreams or visions without actively seeking them.
If precognition is proven to be a valid phenomenon, it could have significant implications for our understanding of time, consciousness, and the nature of reality. It could also have practical applications in fields such as psychology, law enforcement, and disaster prevention.
While there have been many anecdotal reports of precognition, there is currently no scientific evidence to support its existence. Some studies have shown statistically significant results, but they have not been replicated consistently. More research is needed to determine the validity of precognition as a phenomenon.
