What is the difference between the harmonic resonance tune frequency and the higher order harmonic frequency to be filtered, How do you calculate ths frequency in power system network?

I don't know what you mean by "harmonic resonance tune frequency" nor what you are referring to by "frequency in power system network".
Can you elaborate, perhaps provide a diagram or some references for context.
