In summary, In summary, I am taking courses in Analysis II, Algebra III, and Set Theory for my directed studies. I am also considering dropping one of my courses, Analysis Fart 2, Numerical Analysis, Stochastic Processes, Financial Economics, Wage Theory, and Logic. Other students are taking a variety of courses such as Calculus, Statistics, Philosophy, Computer Programming, and Physics, as well as Abstract Algebra, Number Theory, Calculus with Theory, and Modern Physics. Some students are also taking non-math related courses like Spanish, Geology, English, Bio-ethics, and Evolution of Scientific Thought. Additionally, one student is participating in a mentorship program.

I've got:
Analysis II: Hilbert spaces, Banach spaces, L_p spaces, Lebesgue measure & integration, etc. Textbook is Real Analysis by Royden
Algebra III: noncommutative rings, modules, some categories, functors, tensor products, maybe some group representations, etc. Textbook is Algebra by Thomas Hungerford
Set Theory: this is directed studies so I'm not sure what I'll do, except it'll probably be with Theory of Sets by Kamke & Axiomatic Set Theory by Suppes.

That was a pretty big miss! The F is waaay on the other side of the keyboard.

By the way, what is happening to the forums? It's getting more and more... overlly-colorful: ( :messenger :secret: :star: )

I'm in my first year of university this year, and taking:
Calcuculus, Statistics, Philosophy, Computer Programming, and Physics

I don't know the numbers or 'real' names for the classes.

Haha, it took me about 30 seconds before I could see what you were talking about. I've been on the internet too long, errors are starting to slip right past my eyes. :frown: (uh... the emoticons are back to normal?)

Calcuculus might have been a real course! It.. it... ah nm...
