What will happen to aternator if I increase the shaft speed?

    please correct me if I am wrong,

    Ns=120*f/p;
    p-poles
    f-frequency
    Ns-synch speed

    from the above formula, if I increase the speed of the shaft,
    1)then my output frequency will increase

    E=4.44*f*phi*T
    phi-max flux linkage
    T-turns
    f-freq
    E- generated voltage

    2)also generated voltage will increase

    Q1)my query is will the above action increases the power rating of the alternator?
    Q2)what will be the effect to alternator if do so? like will there be any coil burn issue?
