Are they present in the form of dark-matter?
No. Antimatter is still regular matter, just with opposite charges. It interacts with light, and with regular matter.
Dark matter does not interact with light at all, and does not interact with normal matter at all.
And where they all gone?
You're asking about the problem of baryogenesis. This is still an open problem in physics at the moment: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baryogenesis
