This page, http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html [Broken], says the following:jedishrfu, or any members who know:
that webpage address you gave, http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre8-downloads-2133155.html [Broken] shows two different kinds of versions. One of them is jre8u111 and the other right below it is jre8u112. Their descriptions don't show any differently. Is one of them as good as the other? How or why would choosing one or the other make any difference? The page does not make this clear.
Java SE 8u111 includes important security fixes. Oracle strongly recommends that all Java SE 8 users upgrade to this release. Java SE 8u112 is a patch-set update, including all of 8u111 plus additional features (described in the release notes).
That would be http://. There's a colon just before the forward slashes. Thanks all. My mistake was leaving out the "http\\" and started with www.rythmikaudio.com/subtuner2.html.[/PLAIN] [Broken] It did not take. Once I include the http, it worked.
