Which LAC is best for physics?

  1. Which LACs are best for physics? It seems that more LACs are stronger in social science

  2. jcsd
  3. Top liberal arts colleges are good in most subjects they offer. Make sure they have 5+ physicists on staff (many do) so you'll have a range of research projects available. I studied physics at Smith, did research on campus and at other great schools and labs in college, and got into a range of graduate schools. Just finished my PhD and got a great postdoc.

  4. There are a many excellent programs around for physics in LACs, a few that come to my mind are:

    Bucknell
    Harvey Mudd
    Williams
    Wesleyan
