Which modules?

  1. Aug 28, 2008 #1
    Hi all.

Starting an undrgraduate programme in Theoretical Physics in two weeks and I have to choose two modules to take for the year. These modules can be of absolutely any topic that is availible in my college, they are called elective modules. I have come to a conclusion that it probably would be wise to choose two maths modules but I have absolutely no idea which two to choose because there are so many to choose from. Any tips?

If your interested in what is available it can be found here http://xrl.us/oorz7.
The modules that I am already are taking are http://xrl.us/oor2h

Thanks very much for any help!

You'll be doing all the necessary Maths modules anyway. Have you not an itch to do something else besides Physics/Maths? What about:

PHIL10020 - Intro to Probs of Philosophy - looks like the best philosophy option, rounded and doesn't expect you to read the originals (that's for specialists IMHO).
