What option should I choose for my grade 12 physics course?

In summary, whichever topic is most interesting to you is the one you should study in the core physics module.

So the physics course I am undertaking (grade 12 phys) is divided into 4 modules. 1-3 are core core modules and 4 is an option.
core module 1: motion (Newtonian physics into relativistic physics)
core module 2: electromagnetism
core module 3: quantum physics
option module 1: particle physics
option module 2: astrophysics
option module 3: medical physics
option module 4: transistors
option module 5: geophysics.
I have to do only one option so which one do you think I should choose?
I have looked at the particle physics module and there is very little math, just simple Bohr equations and nuclear chemistry equations. The majority of this module is written explanations starting. Which one of the options would you choose if you had to?

Whichever is most interesting to you. At this level every one of these topics will be accessible to you (mathematically), so that shouldn't be a concern. Whichever topic interests you the most is the one you should take.

I'd choose astrophysics if you're interested in physics, but don't really know what area you like because astrophysics has pretty much all fields in it!

If you study the Sun (main sequence stars in general), for example, you will probably learn a little bit about the PP chain (particle physics), quantum tunneling (quantum mechanics), nuclear fusion, etc.

I'd probably choose electromagnetism. I have this thing for classical physics. But since it's a high school course that probably won't restrict what you can take in university, it's probably best to choose whichever sounds most interesting.

I will have a close look at both particle physics and astrophysics and see which one is better for me. I can do two options if I want but it isn't recommended haha but I will probably do particle physics as my main and astrophysics just to know about it :)
