Why is porn so addicting?

  1. Seriosuly, i keep on watching it atleast 5 times a week. Actyually, this week changed because I had so many things to do and didn't have enough time to make time for porn. Does anybody know the psychology of porn?

This has more to do with psychology of male. You may want to read "Bonk: The Curious Coupling of Science and Sex" by Mary Roach.

  4. Is there any other way to see real relationship chemistry happening between people? If you're not in a relationship yourself, seeing it happening for other people could be your only chance of feeling that feeling in your life. I bet if there was some kind of flirting-clips between regular people without any nudity or sexual intercourse, it would be just as popular as porn, even more so for people who are uncomfortable with seeing all the taboo stuff, which I won't describe in detail to avoid getting banned.

There is no such stuff to download, so it must be not popular. This is a simple case of people voting for stuff they want to see.

Interestingly, if you have ever seen "All about Anna" (sometimes dubbed porn for woman) that will more or less fit your description. But obviously it is not as popular as "Deep throat".

  6. I disagree 100%. I find i'm more interested in the sex but I have a pretty low libido. Actually, does anybody know how to raise their libido? Also, why is it that after you masturbate a lot, your back starts hurting? What's the correlation with your genitals and your back?

  7. Real? Do you not know what the majority of porn is? (Here's a hint: actors)
The feeling of sexual arousal? There are many ways that can be brought on, not just via pornographic content.

There is a difference between relationships and intercourse. Porn does not (at least for the most part) involve the former.
Huh? It's the internet, there are clips of people flirting, and they are most definitely not as popular as porn. The majority of the internet revolves around the porn industry and it is very popular for the reason Borek gives - people want it.

Are you implying that you want to raise your libido?
What a waste of time sex is.
Does anyone know how to reduce their libido?
Without cutting my nads off, that is.
I mean really, I might find a use for them one day, other than to think with.

  10. You call that acting? I always assume the director brings two people together. Since they know what they're going to end up doing before they meet, there must be sense of intrigue that builds up. I don't know how the director establishes that there is chemistry between the actors/models beforehand or whether there always is. Surely they couldn't get it on if there wan't some level of attraction and interest.

I'm not talking about arousal. I'm talking about the feeling of happy affection and fun between two people who are attracted to each other. The closest I've seen online is when Robbie Williams brings fans onstage at his concerts and holds them close while he's singing. There should be more of that kind of thing online and less hardcore porn.

I don't want to see people going shopping together and talking about themselves to each other. You can see chemistry between ppl without them having intercourse. I don't know how ethical it is to display people in their most vulnerable state of affection, but since porn does that and more maybe just showing people meeting and kissing or something would be more ethical than including the hard stuff too.

Where are clips of people just (authentically) flirting on internet?

  11. I'm sorry but you have serious issues. Maybe it's cause you suck at sex but if it weren't for sex you wouldn't be here now. If everybody had your form of thinking, the human race would die out in 100 years. So no, we need sex. Btw, you got served on the internet.

  12. No, there doesn't have to be attraction. The fact they are paid for it (women better than men) is the motivation.
Wow, just wow. You just compared being on stage with a famous person you admire to a porn film.
What the hell are you talking about? People don't watch porn for the 'chemistry' of the actors.

  13. Uh, what? He was making a joke. I ain't seen no one get served.

  14. And how are they going to get aroused if there's no physical attraction?

Well, no offense to Robbie Williams fans but half of his videos are pretty close to porn, just like most music videos are actually.

I'm sure there are ppl who would like to watch it for the chemistry but avoid it because the explicit sex is too much for them to handle.

    What's this, a website?

  15. Think of something that arouses you? A bit of imagination. Physical attraction isn't the only thing that can cause sexual arousal, I don't know where you got that idea from.
    I still don't see a valid comparison.
I'd like to see some citations for this one. I can honestly say I've never heard anyone claim "I was watching it for the chemistry", and even then I'd be laughing so hard I wouldn't believe them.

Porn actors are no different to other actors. They are paid to do a job. Do you honestly believe there's chemistry between every actor and actress who work together? It might help, but it's not a requirement.
    Sort of.

  16. Read with your eyes! I said "I'm sure there are ppl who would like to watch it for the chemistry but avoid it because the explicit sex is too much for them to handle."

In other words, I'm not talking about ppl who DO watch porn. I'm talking about ppl would WOULD LIKE to but they are put off by the explicit depictions of sexual intercourse itself.

sort of? is it something I can make a url out of to check it out?

  17. And to make that claim you need stats to back it up.

If people want to watch 'chemistry', why would they be wanting to watch porn? There are plently of films out there that demonstrate chemistry between people (real or acting), particularly certain romantic films which would do a far better job without ever resorting to pornographic content. Bare in mind there are different types of porn from softcore to hardcore and a whole variety in between.
jfGit is an acronym. The full meaning also works for this question as well.

  18. You wouldn't need stats if you would just understand that some people are not comfortable watching porn but they would still like to see sexual interaction between two ppl other than on Cheaters.

Because they can relate to real everyday people in real everyday situations, just not ones that end up in a motel room bouncing up and down on each other with regular genital close ups.

Romantic movies are more about the story. Porn is more about a moment of physical contact. If you could capture a moment of physical contact without the explicit shots, etc. it would be a different thing.

Not sure what you're referring to here? You mean as in various levels of nudity? How can you have various levels of sexual intercourse? You're either doing it or pretending to do it. Is there "soft" porn where people are, say, kissing, flirting, and/or petting but it doesn't go into the sexual intercourse?

I think I get what you're saying but it irritates me that you are so mysterious about it. Are you older than 15?

  19. Why is all porn with you hardcore? It really isn't.
The majority of porn out there isn't 'homemade' it is produced (a lot of time professionally).
Without the explicit shots it is called softcore porn. You seem fixated that all sexual materials online is hardcore. It isn't.
You clearly don't know much about porn and as such the whole idea of you debating this here is pointless. I suggest you look up the different types. Softcore porn generally doesn't show any 'explicit' shots. It is the sort of sexual intercourse you would see in a 15 rated film. Nothing to do with "various levels of intercourse". It refers to how much they show on camera.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Softcore_pornography
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hardcore_pornography

Here is another link, it gives you the various genres:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_pornographic_sub-genres

As you can see, there is a wide variety, some legal, some not. You have a very fixed idea of what constitutes pornographic material.

    I'll put it bluntly then:

    Just F****** Google It
