from the article:
Maybe the "victim" just had a threesome or something, and his girlfriend found out, so he clamied it was not his choice at all.
Actually, it is not rape, it is a sexual assault. Apparently the guy was out cold on the couch and she unpacked his goods while the other took pictures.
He was probably asking for it.
Not only that, but he was maybe dreaming about it as well.. and probably liking it.
You can't rape the willing
How do you rate a guy?? Take his shirt off, expose his topless? Can't that be just a "oh i'm changing shirt for him"?
Or taking his pants off and blow him? which is not very likely...
I don't see how this case can be charged....
I dont know what the law is in norway, but in america i believe the law is that if anyone has sex with someone else without the other person having the ability to reject him or her (i.e. sleeping, drunk or drugged) then it is rape, not sexual assault.
They never had sex, how can you have sex with a man without him knowing it? Never mind, don't even answer that question..
Its an... um... autonomic function...
happens all the time in soap operas
you mean it has a mind of its own?
Hmmmmm. That explains a lot! Thanks!!!
It's impossible for a women to rape a man without his consent. All you nonbelievers out there need to bone-up on the facts.
Women who are raped often experience erect nipples, vaginal moisture, and orgasm.....that doesn't mean she liked or wanted it - it meant nature did it's thing.
stop being a moron.
This explanation is going to save me a world of excuses!
You know very little about this case. The victim was not willing at all. He was asleep on the couch. The woman was encouraged by the other man to do the action. Sick, sick and again sick. I hope she is sent to a mental insitution.
I love it when you talk dirty, Monique.
