Woman charged with raping man

Police in Bergen have charged a 22-year-old woman with raping a man in his late 30s over the weekend. It's the first time such charges have been filed in the police district in western Norway.

from the article:
The other man present at the scene, who lives in the flat, reportedly took photos of the attack. He also has been charged with being an accessory to a rape.

Maybe the "victim" just had a threesome or something, and his girlfriend found out, so he clamied it was not his choice at all.

Actually, it is not rape, it is a sexual assault. Apparently the guy was out cold on the couch and she unpacked his goods while the other took pictures.

He was probably asking for it.

How do you rate a guy?? Take his shirt off, expose his topless? Can't that be just a "oh i'm changing shirt for him"?

Or taking his pants off and blow him? which is not very likely...

I don't see how this case can be charged....

I dont know what the law is in norway, but in america i believe the law is that if anyone has sex with someone else without the other person having the ability to reject him or her (i.e. sleeping, drunk or drugged) then it is rape, not sexual assault.

It's impossible for a women to rape a man without his consent. All you nonbelievers out there need to bone-up on the facts.

Women who are raped often experience erect nipples, vaginal moisture, and orgasm.....that doesn't mean she liked or wanted it - it meant nature did it's thing.

stop being a moron.

This explanation is going to save me a world of excuses!

You know very little about this case. The victim was not willing at all. He was asleep on the couch. The woman was encouraged by the other man to do the action. Sick, sick and again sick. I hope she is sent to a mental insitution.

I've always been surprised by this fact. No wonder women have such a hard time enjoying sex again after rape.

i think it is quite possible for a woman to "rape" a man...and no, not all men would enjoy it, but could feel humiliated that he was taken advantage of...

Can someone cite a case where a women has been prosecuted and convicted of raping a man?

Z

Zero

This is an interesting situation, and if some of you would take it seriously for a moment, you would maybe learn something or other. Saying that you can't rape a man is like saying that a woman is asking for it, as far as I'm concerned.
