My favorite physics professor once asked this before class. If you could, would you want to be emperor of the world? If so, what is the single most important thing that you would do?

Yes, I would be emporer of the world, and the single most important thing I would do is service each and every one of my 100,000 wives.

Is this a philosophical question, or just a throw-over from the miss america peagent? ...I'm assuming there's no 'right" answer and this is just a personality quiz.
[/B]btw, can you send 10k or so of those women my way? (see I'm not greedy like "SOME" people" ) [/B]
Take if from a guy who has been married a long time: You guys don't know what you're asking for. [/B]

Ya I do, I'm asking to sleep with a different women every day for 10,000 days straight. That's 27.4 years or 328.8 months without a repeat. And the down side is...?

Hey, that gives me an idea. How much would you pay me not to send your post to your girlfriend?

well if I would be the emperor I wouldn't have to worry about that. I'll just exile you to some distant, extreme-climate, not-connected to internet country
No, I wouldn't. For a long time I have realized that holding power over others is just not something that interests or excites me. If I had no choice in the matter and were charged with such a duty, I'd consider it a great and terrible burden that would likely destroy me.Originally posted by Ivan Seeking

As a scientist, my first act as Emperor of the World would be to prioritize and invest in scientific research and advancements. I believe that science has the power to solve many of the world's problems and improve the lives of all people.
I would strive to use diplomacy and peaceful resolutions in handling conflicts and disagreements as Emperor of the World. However, if necessary, I would also rely on the advice and expertise of other leaders and experts to make fair and just decisions.
My policies would prioritize equality, justice, and sustainable development for all people. I would also focus on promoting education, healthcare, and environmental protection on a global scale.
I would work towards creating a fair and just society where everyone has access to basic needs, opportunities, and rights. I would also prioritize mental health and promote a culture of empathy, compassion, and understanding.
As a scientist, I would continue to prioritize and contribute to scientific research and advancements while also fulfilling my duties as Emperor of the World. I would also appoint a team of capable individuals to assist me in governing and managing the world, allowing me to balance both responsibilities effectively.
