    equivalent resistance doesn't depend on the voltage. just add the resistors (using parallel and series) to obtain Req also note its easier to start from the farthest point from the battery

    Hello Just had a quick question for a structures class. When attempting a problem, what's the main difference between applying PVW and PMPE? What would classify a problem in using one over the other? Thanks
