Born [West] Berlin 1951. !961 parents emigrate to Australia. Fed up with Cold War. Adventure time for me. Grow up in Wollongong [south of Sydney] Steelworks: trainee metallurgist. Leave to run laboratory at local brick factory. Later quality control at electrolytic galvanizing steel mill. Go overseas. Kathmandu to Berlin back to Wollongong. Degree BA in sociology [double major]. Girlfriend hijacks me to Sydney. Drive buses on and off for 17 years. Write first novel. Self publish. Sell first tiny print run. Move up the coast for 18 months. Not made for the country life. Return to Sydney. Drive buses. Divorce. End up in Newcastle [north of Sydney]. Write second sci-fi novel. Both as e-books on all platforms. Read on science, cosmology, quantum-anything, scientists, history, contemporary events, speculative fiction, [some] science fiction. Select graphic novels. Independent music favouring the women. Eg Collide, Ego Likeness, Switchblade Symphony. Latest addition 'Culk'. Mangle chords and notes on the piano. Writing third novel. The first two are now free at my website. Retired. The research continues as I plan a history of the human race from a perspective not yet attempted. This will take a few years yet.
