When you say 2 to 4 I am assuming you mean 4 to 1. If that's the case it won't be enough for combustion. you will need around 150 psi or more.

If you inject the fuel at TDC how will you keep it from igniting before the spark.

Mender I agree for the most part but boost alone couldn't do that. I've run 50+ psi on methanol without any problems. Defiantly looks like anti-lag gone wrong.
