Calculating Impedance of a RLC Circuit Connected to a 60 Hz AC Source
Homework Statement A series RLC circuit is connected to a 60 Hz AC source which produces an amplitude of εmax=20 V. The circuit element values are R= 20 Ω, L= 20 mH, C= 150 μF. Calculate the total impedance of the circuit. Homework Equations Xc=1/ωC XL=ωL Z=√(R^2 +(XL-Xc)^2) tan φ = (XL-Xc)/R...- ayajek

Solving Two Loop RC Circuit Homework
I am trying to solve part 2 of this question. I know that after a very long time the current decreases, but it is not zero in this case. I used kirchhoffs rules but since Q1, I1, I3 are unknown, I'm clueless on how to find I1 after a very long time..- ayajek

Solve Non-Ideal Battery Homework: Find Power Through R2
I am working on the same problem, but can't figure out how to find r (resistance in the battery) . I found out I1 by ignoring the resistance in the battery, and finding total resistance, then dividing the battery's voltage by it, and yet got a correct answer.- ayajek
