Thanks guys! Now since I've been thinking about it. Perhaps it also has something to do with the winter stars and constellations too. e.g. the brightest star, Sirius, is a winter star, well, yeah, as in northern hemisphere.

I heard this somewhere, very randomly. I wonder why? Is it because in winter time, there is less water activity, hence clearer weather? But in some area, winter is actually more humid. Please help! thanks!
