Hello! Thank you for the warm welcome! If it is not too much trouble, may I ask how the ratio would change the weight but not the work? I imagined it as a pulley system so the weight would be the same but the work done would change because of differing distances? Is this an incorrect way to look...

Because one is effectively pushing in the same way as a chest press machine, wouldn't the work done be the same?
