Struggling with Limit Calculations in Math?

I took the natural log of both sides and still got the same answer... ln(.45)=(-24.2t)/181 (-.7985)*181 = (-24.2t) -144.52/-24.2=t 5.9723=t ... that's the answer I got originally and it tells me its not the right answer. gRR~

Struggling with Limit Calculations in Math?

Question in link, I can't seem to get this one. http://img190.imageshack.us/img190/3941/limith.jpg Everything inside the parenthesis should go to zero and the first part should be 164.54. I then multiply (.55)*(164.54) and set that equal to the original equation. I tried solving for t...

    Kinematics equation which is Y = vt+ 1/2gt^2

Haha I did this problem yesterday for an online quiz, I'll help you out a bit. This is how I did it. The initial velociy is 11 m/s. V_0 = 11 m/s The following equation will give you your x-component of velocity and your y-component of velocity respectively. Which is what you said you needed...

    [111] Throw-up problem - Launch/freefall

Let me rewrite this your formula for part A is y= (v^2-v[SIZE="1"]0^2)/(2a). After you get your y component your formula for Par B is: t= v-v[SIZE="1"]0/a. t = time a = acceleration y = distance (vertical) And that should give you the answer for the problem. Sorry went through 3 or so...
