hey, i remember when the geysers on one of saturns moons were observed, Michio Kaku said that planets that are very far from the sun, if they are large enough, can keep their moons warm because of something about their gravity
He didnt go much in depth
but he said its plausible to find life on...
it was extremely bright for meteor in my opinions, all the meteors i have seen went much faster and weren't as bright
but i don't have much experience so my input is pretty invalid
Ive noticed every time i see a picture of the ISS or astronauts working in outer space there is NEVER any visible stars?
Why is this?
i been told that they filter it somehow since they stars would be so bright, or is there another reason
this has been on my mind for a long time
Lol of course not, that's why i wanted to see if there actually is some nice theory that is more plausible than the one given by the Russian government, but for now, its still a secret
oh well that's a very valid answer, ill take that.
But wouldn't you guys say its better to be skeptical of this?
What is the general thought here, do you guys believe for 99% that it was a missile, or are you just going along with that until a more valid answer comes along?
I haven't made any conclusions what so ever, this is why i came here, so that individuals such as yourself could help me form conclusions.
Why would you believe that it is a rocket that failed?
Just because that's what the government told you?
If we are going to play the why game, than why do...
Well, sorry for being skeptical, i was just trying to see if there are any valid explanation other than the one offered by the missile theory.
Now the wormhole comment was indeed extreme, but i hope you knew that what i was referring to the wormhole you find in science fictions movies.
Now, to...

I don't for one second believe this was a failed rocket, and anyone who does surely is a gullible fellow.
Firs the Russians denied it being a Rocket, and than two days later they...
Thats exactly what we were thinking, we went on howstuffworks.com and started reading on it.
But i guess asking my Physics teacher would be a the best idea.
The thing it, I am not sure if my physics teacher knows anything about building one, so where can i go to learn about how to build it...
Me and a friend are sophmores in high school, I'm a big fan of Michio kaku and aware that he created a Atom Smasher at our age, and we want to do the same.
We think that this would be a great project and could land us many great opportunities.
I was wondering as to how we could go about...
