Today I learned you can use vinegar in place of fabric softener. I tried it and surprisingly it works. It's the first time my towels have been soft since living in my current place which has no drier.

Also I've noticed that A students will ask questions that help them generalize what they're learning and apply it to new problems and to make sure they understand the big picture. Most other students take a more narrow view.

I never have the nerve to ask my colleagues directly but it would be the best thing to do. I just left a company where I knew what my friends in other parts of the company were earning and I wasn't being paid fairly. I think if you stay in a job more than a few years, especially if you're early...
