Hello ! Is there an expression for the friction force exerted on a solid sphere rolling (or rolling and slipping) on a rough solid inclined plane ? I have searched a lot but couldn't find anything, most studies are related to caoutchouc spheres or plane that will deform anbd cause viscoplastic...
