Engineering How stable of a field is Electrical Engineering?
I've talked to some friends in the field and heard a slew of different things. I was wondering what you guys think about how much job security is offered, and I've heard that engineering is a high demand job - is this true even with the current economy?- kovachattack

As t approaches zero, you get unbounded outputs from bounded inputs. So, it is unstable. Also, please somebody correct me if I am wrong, but I believe y(t) = t x(t) does in fact have a bounded output for a bounded input. If you don't let x go to infinity, then y will also not go to infinity...- kovachattack

The values of your signal at different points of t depends upon the signal. The only thing I can tell you from the information that you've given me, is that your signal should be symmetric about the y axis, because that happens when you add u(t) and u(-t).
