I'm married, with four children, two grandchildren, and one additional grandchild expected to be born in September 2016. I currently live with my wife, my oldest daughter, and her son. My master's thesis from the University of Washington was the design for a hardware sorting machine with number of processors proportional to the log of the number of records to be sorted, that begins sorting as the records start coming in, and starts outputting records in sorted order in the very next clock cycle after the last records is read in. My hobby is writing science fiction.
