B Time Dilation: Direction of Motion's Effect
So if person A moves along Earth's orbit around to sun in the same direction as Earth at 100.000km/s and person B moves at the same speed along the orbit but in opposite direction (against Earth's initial orbital direction) than the time dilation of both person A and person B will be the same...- Lars1408

I Does a 2-dimensional world really exist?
With the second quote I mean that we could be above a 2D space withouth the 2D space ever knowing about this. IF a 2D world does exist it would make sense that they could only percieve the plane they are in.- Lars1408

I Why Do Objects Fall Along Spacetime Ripples?
So you can't look at the typical models literally? As if the spacetime fabric is being pulled downwards?- Lars1408

I Why Do Objects Fall Along Spacetime Ripples?
Could you please eleborate on this "particles in curved spacetime follow paths that locally maximise the proper time the particle experiences."? I don't fully understand what you mean by this.- Lars1408

B Time Dilation: Direction of Motion's Effect
Earth moves through space in a certain direction at a certain speed. Moving faster slows down your clock while moving slower increases your clock. Does this mean that the direction your moving in has an effect on time dilation? In other words, if you move along with the earth’s initial speed...- Lars1408

I Does a 2-dimensional world really exist?
When we try to explain different dimensions we say that higher dimension beings have control over lower dimension beings. If a sphere moves trough a 2D world, the 2D beings will see a dot appear followed by a line which is increasing in size. Thereafter, the line decreases in size and becomes a...- Lars1408

I Why Do Objects Fall Along Spacetime Ripples?
When people try to explain how gravity works, the following example is constantly used . However, I don’t understand how this explains HOW gravity works. By using this example, gravity itself is used as a bias to explain how gravity works. How can explain gravity by saying “things fall along...- Lars1408
