Enthalpy h = u+pv, can you please explain burning of hand in terms of h = u, pv ... what are the changes in these terms

Iwant any analogy for entropy & enthalpy... For example quasi static process can be related to "old man with health problem walks almost static"... so students can easily understand. ... can you please suggest any analogy for ENTROPY & ENTHALPY
