Gentlemen, obviously more information is needed so here we go. 1 wheel weighing 10 pounds has a segment removed so the weight is now below the center line and requires a lot of effort to get it to rotate. However, this wheel cannot be rotated by simply rotating the shaft. The 40 pound weight... -
