Ahh I did not see that error before posting. 3 Mpc = 135 Miles per Sec.
So if I am reading it right, 3 Mpc is not far enough?
What about if a star or Galaxy was
7 Mpc away, 7*45=315 miles per sec?
So a Galaxy or Star that is 7 Mpc away from Earth would be moving at a rate of 315...
