How Does a Charged Particle Behave in a Magnetic Field?
Usually since we are dealing with one particle, the place with the highest potential has the highest electrostatic potential energy, while in areas of lower potential, more work is done on them and therefore have more kinetic energy. Makes sense?- lolrelativity

What is the centripetal force acting on a truck going around a circular path?
speed refers to the magnitude of the velocity. SInce the problem requires you to find the MAGNITUDE of centripedal acceleration, the speed would be fine.- lolrelativity
