It's not homework. It's from a local mathematics competition for high school students. How can your write every factor of 25 factorial. Even if you write for 5 hours you still won't get close. I suspects using combinations though I'm not smart enough to work that out myself.- Mathysics29

Let n=1×2×3×...×25 If a positive factor of n is chosen at random, what is the probability that the chosen factor is an odd number?At first I thought of listing out the factors like you would for 1×2×3×4×5 for example. Which is in this case {1,2,3,6,8,10,12,15,20,40,60,120} but it is way too many...- Mathysics29

Well i have an idea and here it is: So if y=2-√(2^(2)-1) y=2-√3 y(2+√3)=1 And this works for all the terms.- Mathysics29
