MHB How to Convert 1/(ft*°F) to 1/(m*°C)?
Hi everyone, so I have equation, let's say X and I want to convert it to SI units. Now X is in 1/(ft*°F) and I need 1/(m*°C). Ok, so I simply convert ft to m= 0.3048, but what to do about °F? 1°F is -17.2°C which will not work. Any suggestions? Thanks, Miroslav -

MHB Temperature Profile Function: T(L) for 0-500 Depth
Hello, so I have equartion for temperature profile (T) based on depth (L), L will vary let's say from 0 to 500 and I want to create a function dependent on T and L, so I can plot a graf. -

MHB What Determines the Time Dependent Value of A[t] in Quasi-Static Approximations?
Hello, I'm working on my bachelor's thesis, and I ran into a problem. In the text they say: "For hot oil/watering jobs, U is typically large enough that f(t) is closer to a constant temperature than constant flux boundary condition. In the quasi-static approximation, these integrals are solved...- mk747pe
