They are subtly different things in English. Sarcasm is words regarding a situation that have opposite meaning, usually within a humorous context. Up voting the first part but not this. Sleep paralysis is when your brain wakes but your body does not. It is very distressing because you cannot move or breathe properly. Bipolar, schizophrenia, depression, not connected.- pinball1970
