Graduate Neurologist: What P-values should I be expecting?
If I understood correctly: For each subject you have a time series (180 points). You then average the time series across subjects within each group. Could you please clarify, what exactly did you feed into the ttest2 function? The entire average time series of 180 point each?- PMRDK
