That course description is the same as Multivariable Calculus at my school. So, you should be good with only taking Vector Calculus as opposed to taking both.

Brush up on your Algebra skills if you already haven't. Plenty of people in my Cal. IV class know the Calculus but they lack Algebra skills.

I'm enrolled at a local Community College. English Comp. II, Chem. II w/Lab, Physics II w/Lab, Cal. I & II, and Sociology.

I took 20 credit hours last semester, took care of a child, and I work 40 hours a week. If I can do it then I'm sure you can.

I wouldn't recommend for you to skip College Algebra. See if you can take CA and Trig. simultaneously. Most of the people in my Calculus class say their Algebra skills are not up to par which is where most of their mistakes come from.
