Thanks, but it is not just one device. I get a mild shock on both the TV and the home theater when they are ON together. Thanks for the input. Just to clarify, both my TV and home theater are 2 pin double insulated devices, so they do not use earth internally. The issue only appears as a mild shock on metal ports when both are ON, and disappears when one is turned off, which makes it seem more like cumulative...- pussifer
