Im not able to get this concept of haemodynamics. Constriction of blood vessels increases arterial pressure but it also increases resistance, so how does cardiac output increase? How can constriction of vessels increase venous return? It incteaes systolic filling pressure but resistance also...

photoelectric effect is explained by taking photon of energy 'hv'.Even electromagnetic waves carry energy.Why can't they interact with electron and transfer energy ?Even a wave has characteristics frequency and wavelength charateristics and all. I think I'm a bit confused.Can someone help me...

i tried but the hybridization of atom N (with positive charge) comes out to be sp.

N2+ is sp2 hybridiztion (it is scientifically correct) Can anyone explain this ?
