What about the people at CERN or fermilab or SLAC?? do they earn well. I am interested in particles. And want to do research in string theory or about the higgs boson or dark matter etc etc.- rgujju

Electric Field at Points p3 & p4: Explained
What will be the electric field at the points p3 and p4 in the attached image. I think at p3 it will be zero as it is inside the conducting surface But what about p4?? Will it be zero too? Due to negative and positive charges or will it be sigma/E(sub)o(/sub).. And why?- rgujju
