Graduate Initial Acceleration of Photons
So that means Photons are 4D entities? And the rest of the matters that has mass are 3D entities? Does this mean that all energies(especially EMR) are 4D entities? And without Time(4th D) matter don't possesses energies and hence no work can be done by the matter? So If the 4th D vanishes...- RiddlerA

Graduate Initial Acceleration of Photons
When an electron and positron collides, they annihilate and produce photons, right? No massive particle can travel faster than light, So here is my confusion... Electrons and Positrons have mass and hence can never reach the Speed of light But When they collide they create photons. Which...- RiddlerA

Graduate Problem with Understanding Dimensions
String theory sounds like a really complicated theory, I am sure as hell that i can't understand it... I will try to get a good grasp on relativity first. Thank you so much for the information. Will look into it really soon...- RiddlerA

Graduate Problem with Understanding Dimensions
In the video i posted above, it is shown that we 3D creatures perceive 4th D as time. The same goes to 2D creatures(assume there exists one) who perceive 3rd D(depth/height for us) as Time.. So that means Time is in fact not so different from spatial dimensions... Atleast that is what i...- RiddlerA

Graduate Problem with Understanding Dimensions
Well, in that case, i have to ask is there any current study in this philosophical topic? Can you give me any links to any site that explains dimensions in detail? This problem is messing with me ever since i started learning relativity.. Cant able to get past it...- RiddlerA

Graduate Problem with Understanding Dimensions
Here's what i know about Dimensions... Infinite stacks of a 1D world makes a 2D world, And Infinite stacks of a 2D world makes a 3D world and Infinite stacks of 3D world makes a 4D world and so on... So if we humans are 3D creatures, then we perceive 4th D as time, Same goes for 4D creatures...- RiddlerA

Are there limits to our imagination within the universe?
Sorry, everyone is entitled to their own opinion and I respect that... Anyway i believe the existence of non material universe which our mind is the interface between these two universes... I believe qualia is evidence enough to believe in this theory... Even many bizarre psychological...- RiddlerA

Are there limits to our imagination within the universe?
What does the idea of presence of non-material universe has anything to do with religion or superstition? We know our thoughts exist and this non-material universe idea might be one possible explanation to account for it... Why you people are so closed-minded? (No offense intended) btw I am...- RiddlerA

Are there limits to our imagination within the universe?
Cool paradox... Thanks for the link... Yeah i agree... Its a lot more like a simulation with some extreme constraints... But what i can't understand is that in what form this thoughts exist in the universe? I mean Materials have mass and energy and the universe which we perceive...- RiddlerA

Are there limits to our imagination within the universe?
Everything that exists, had existed and will ever exist are all contained within the universe... (Leave out the parallel universes concept for now).. So that means our imagination also exists within the universe... I mean with our mind we think and our mind is contained within the...- RiddlerA

Graduate Does photon have a rest frame?
What about other mediums? such as gases and liquids? Do photons travel in them at exactly 'c'? If not then what is the reason behind it? Liquids and gases don't have lattices in them, do they?- RiddlerA
