Undergrad Why does gravity decrease at the equator ?
Okay so .. Whenever we rotate something like stone attached a thread or anything we give centripetal force so that it doesn't go away but in case of rotation due to Earth there is no centripetal force being provided gravity is a different force all together this is how I understand it ..I got...- rohit199622

Undergrad Why does gravity decrease at the equator ?
I know that radial force comes into the play but the direction of gravity (9.8) is also the same as radial acceleration so instead it should increase on equator- rohit199622

Undergrad Capacitance with Parallel Plate Condenser & Battery: Ans 3x
A parallel plate condenser is connected with the terminals of a battery. The distance between the plates is 6 mm. If a glass plate (dielectric constant K=9) of 4.5 mm is introduced between them, then the capacity will become Ans 3 times how?- rohit199622

Undergrad What is the direction of radial velocity using the right-hand rule?
when we need to find the direction of radial velocity should we move our right hand from the omega (angular frequency) vector to the radius vector ?or opposite ?- rohit199622
