    Undergrad Question about rf signals(yes i think this does relate to physics)

    i briefly read that magnetic ferrites can block rf signals. if so, how. what range limit if any is there on the ferrrite.. or did i post this question in the wrong area if not the wrong forum? I'm really REALLY curious about this. if I've gotten this wrong. well, I'm sorry. thanks...
