MHB Limit of a Sequence (Updated with progress)
Hello, I know I posted this question recently but I wanted to update with my progress. I have figured out what the limit should be but I would really appreciate help with how to use the definition of the limit of a sequence to prove it! What I have is:Suppose n is extremely large, then both...- slwarrior64

MHB Finding the Infimum and Supremum
Okay, I think I get what you are saying, but there are some weird formatting things in your reply that I don't really understand: if you want inequalities, you know that 2^k> 0 for all k. You also can say that, given any positive integer, N, there exist a positive integer k so that 2^k>N. That...- slwarrior64

MHB Finding the Infimum and Supremum
I got that the Supremum does not exist because the set has no upper bound, and I got that the lower bound was 0 because once k reaches the negatives you are geting a negative exponent which becomes a fraction with an increasingly large denominator. I was unsure about what to do with it because...- slwarrior64

MHB Finding the Infimum and Supremum
Hello, I feel like I am struggling with this more than I should. I can tell intuitively what the infimum and supremum are, but I am pretty sure that I need a more formal proof style answer. How would one actually prove this question?- slwarrior64

Ohhh, and then because the perpendicular bisector bisects BC and meets AD at the circle, it must cut the arc in half? Is there a more formal war to write that?- slwarrior64

I can see how it would go through the centroid, but I don't know how to prove that it HAS to go through the centroid.- slwarrior64

MHB How can the perpendicular diagonals of a triangle help prove HCD?
Thanks, I was able to get triangle FDH, but I was stuck on proving HCD because I didn't know how that line would cut the right angle- slwarrior64
