I have spent 40 years practicing insight meditation. I have self studied in all the major areas. It has only been since AI has progressed enough I have been able to express my insight and have it translated into physical systems.
Because I saw the pattern I go through during inisight practice (A system) deeply enough, I intuitively saw how it mapped onto other systems.
