hey everyone, I`m a b.tech student in electronics &communication.though I`m okay with theory but I feel I`m way behind in practical knowledge and skills. my college doesn`t provide us with proper laboratory facilities.so,is there any way I can achieve practical knowledge??

yes,i`m in university. no,its not for homework. actually I`m studying btech electronics&communication,and I found these terms there,where they explained the basic need for modulation,they were size of antenna,narrowbanding,multiplexing...so the later two I could not understand,what they are and...

1)what are multiplexing and narrowbanding,basically and how do they arise the need for modulation? 2)how actually ,practically (not mathematically) that carrying of baseband signal by the carrier signal happens?

when I comes to human frequency..then whch frequency so people really mean..i couldn't be clear about it..i heard people associating numbers 500hz as the frequency at which we talk,20-20000 hz as the freuncy of humans...thus I`m unable to become clear in what I`m asking..so please help me with...
