    Calculating Change in Flow for P1 & D1

    If I have a flow , Q1 l/sec and a pressure P1 Bar , Pipe Diameter D1 how can I work out the change in flow if either/or both the Pressure or Pipe Diameter change. Assuming laminar flow and pipe material do not change. Thanks
