Yes, considering Newton's law of universal gravitation. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newton's_law_of_universal_gravitation. Put 0.25*m2 instead of m2. m2 is mass of our Earth. F is 0.25 times the original gravitational force.- Voyager I
