Graduate Testing Trend Stationarity in Time Series
It is a series for energy demand. If the ADF test says it is non-stationary in level even if I include a trend, and that my series is I(1), is it valid to proceed without detrending since all the statistical tests don't show a time trend?- womata

Graduate Testing Trend Stationarity in Time Series
Hello, I have two sets of time series that I found to be I(1), so I went ahead with using cointegration methods to find a relation between the two variables. Now I'm questioning if the series is trend-stationary, which would mean I'd need a deterministic time trend in my cointegration. I...- womata

For Undergrad: Harvard, Yale, Princeton, MIT, Stanford?
I know many guys who graduated with a 3.2 GPA in mechanical engineering who started off making 65,000 dollars a year. They graduated with me from a school that is nowhere near as competitive and honored as those you mention.- womata

Master's Program in Engineering Help
I need some advice, so I'm getting it from everywhere I can. I'm a third-semester master's student in mechanical engineering. I've done well up to this point, but I took a fluids dynamics test yesterday that is sure to be a disaster when it comes to the grade. It was not hard, but I made...- womata
