Graduate Understanding Voltage Decay in Semiconductor Thin Films
1-i mean that the measurement has been made in vacuum, about 10^-2 torr. 2-yes i did try doing it at different voltages, at lower and higher voltages. When i increase the voltage the decay in current is a little faster. 3-I use two contact at the sides of the film. The dimensions of the film...- yunusx

Graduate Understanding Voltage Decay in Semiconductor Thin Films
Hello! I am trying to carry out wavelength depended photoconductivity experiment to a semiconductor thin film material. I use keithley 2400 sourcemeter. I do apply voltage to the sample under pressure and read the current. My problem is when i apply a constant voltage to the sample i see that...- yunusx

Converting Lux to Watt for Measuring Light Power
I have finally found a way of converting lux into watt. Just for being sure can you tell me whether its tru or not? 1- First i divide the the value of light illumation which i measured in Lux by 6830. 2- Then I divide the result i found by the eye sensivity coefficient which is different for...- yunusx

Converting Lux to Watt for Measuring Light Power
Hi! I need a little help. Here is my problem, I have a light source and a monocromator that separates the white light to to its components of different wavelength. I want to measure the power of the output light which has a single wavelength. I am using a Lux meter to measure the illumation of...- yunusx

Thesis Help: Find Subject for Physics Student & Simulation
Hi First i am sorry about my bad English. I am a physics student and i am looking for a thesis subject. I want to prepare my thesis with simulation as i learn it. I have never done this before. I know Fortran. probability i will use Molecular Dynamic or Monte Carlo method. Can someone help...- yunusx
