Rotational motion of rotating disc
the question asks what would you experience... i thought somehow the force pushes you off the disc but if the force is decreasing, then nothing happens?- zila24

Rotational motion of rotating disc
wait I am confused... so if one is to walk towards the center and the radial acceleration is decreasing, wouldn't the force decrease too? so what would happen? I am sorry I am kinda confused- zila24

Rotational motion of rotating disc
so one would not experience any force? i was told that you would experience a force pushing you off the disc- zila24

Rotational motion of rotating disc
You stand on the edge of a large rotating disc. It rotates at a constant speed. You walk towards the centre of the disc. What do you experience? radius is decreasing, therefore inertia and linear velocity are decreasing. but angular acceleration will increase. i don't know if I'm right- zila24

What is the Motion of the Center of Mass in a Billiard Ball Collision?
thank you...i think i get it... i had another question with a similar problem Two identical balls, each with velocity v, strike each other at right angles to each other. They stick together. Ignoring friction, (a) describe the motion of the combined ball after the collision and (b) describe the...- zila24

What is the Motion of the Center of Mass in a Billiard Ball Collision?
since its the other billiard ball that is traveling with a velocity v, now the center of mass is traveling with velocity v- zila24
